What we look for in riders:

• Ethical horsemanship

• Holistic approach to horse management: knowledge in all basic horse-related fields (veterinary, nutrition, trimming / farriery, routines, turnout, psychology etc.) and/or desire to learn more

• Confidence in the quality of your riding

• Experience in teaching young horses / re-training horses

• Desire to excel in equestrian sport
